Its other projects include The El Creston molybdenum property, which is 175 kilometers south of the United States Border and 145 kilometers northeast of the city of Hermosillo; Molybrook, which is located on the south coast of Newfoundland, and Ajax, which is located 13 kilometers north of Alice Arm, British Columbia.

13 Cents explanation

Anyone explain what is this means ? is this also have value of 13 cents ? but why not trading close to 13 if it is 13 cents real ?

"Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of Mercator at an exercise price of 12.24 cents per share (or approximately 13 Canadian cents per share) until Dec. 20, 2018".
