Arrangement Math
Arrangement MathI'm trying to fully understand what my shares will be worth.
If i have one share worth $.10 at the time of transaction, I will receive one intergeo share worth $.10 plus a put right to sell that share for the same price. The shares will then be consolidated at 50:1 meaning my one share is now worth $5.00.
So even though i now only own 15% of the company due to the new intergeo shareholders, my shares haven't actually changed in value. Am i looking at this correctly?
