What's up with ML?

It's up over 10%, most stocks are in the red, just curious.

This board is so quite!

Tiger, Millenial's development plan is at or ahead or schedule with a resource esttimate update expected in the next couple weeks.  The definitive feasibility study is also expected sometime in Q2....  After a day like this, my guess would be either additional drilling significantly expanding the Lithium resource or ML has been approached by a buyer as has happened with a number of ...more

Hi cpac, thanks for your response. Most stocks are down today, when ML is up about 30% is unusual, and nothing to do with it's schedule or progress, must be someone knows something.  If you see the CEO's background, you would guess it is a buyout. tiger

Hi Tiger, I have a handful of ML shares.  The huge action in Millennial yesterday was actually the result of a very popular German ‘stock pumper’ recommending the stock.  The rally started on the German market yesterday before Toronto markets opened.  A copy of the video is on the ceo.ca ML board.  Stock trading in Germany in the 1.90s this morning in cad equivalent.  I ...more

Hi Not2Sirius, Thanks for your comments.  If it is just a recommendation, ML is over value in comparison with other LI stocks, especially NLC. I have been thinking to buy ML, but never did, and keeps adding more and more on NLC. tiger

You’re welcome Tiger.  I have about 10x as much NLC as I have in ML.  ML does trade very well and also has a ton of cash like NLC, so I buy and sell it.

It's too bad NLC doesn't have warrants as well... because for Millenial, warrants bought today at say 5 cents could be worth 50c - $1.00 or higher if ML gets a buyout offer in the next 12 months.. CEO has a track record of selling off his projects...

Yes I would have preferred buying the warrants here for the leverage, and have looked at them.  The problem is there’s no liquidity.  2,000 warrants traded today for $100.  Before that, last trade was early November.  I don’t buy anything I can’t sell.

Hey N2S,  Very fair point; they are not for the faint of heart at this point - however I do expect a good increase in liquidity (and price) once the FS is released. Cheers, CPAC
