The total trading volume was 90K which 1/4 of one percent of the outstanding shares. The fact that it was mainly one house seems to indicate that it is a classic "shake-out" move. They perhaps saw some "stop losses" sitting there and elected to sell agressively to set a new lower price level. This can result in panic selling and allow the instigator to acquire lots of shares at less than the normal market value. The company just hired an investor relations firm. Not usually the move of someone going in the tank. At least thats my take on it. Onwards and Upwards
