Lets just contribute meaninful information here not DREAMS. We all have them but their not usefull. I can tell you Markus indicated in a response to me earlier this year the Federal Government CDN hasn't entertained their proposal which I find somewhat disturbing however if they haven't submitted one for consideration that would tells us Markus isn't truethfull.
