NOT SUPRISED IF PRICE WAS BEING DEPRESSED

Weighted average price is price of stock for a certain period to determine the issue price of the new shares for "MELIE DEAL." Now not surprised if MIR share has been deliberately depressed to allow that lender to have a larger number of MIR shares. And a low exercise price of the WARRANT. If the theory is correct tomorrow the MIR opening should be HIGH. Not because of $5 million deal ( $ 1 million cash) but the impending EUA. BLESS ALL MIR HARDCORE BELIEVERS.
