RE:RE:RE:How does warrant work?yes Strike Price   so you can buy the warrent for 2.75  or the stock for 8.14(closing prices  no guarantee tomorrow)

if the stock goes to 12.14 you make 3.00 per
if that happens and you bought the warrent you can exersise your warrant and buy the stock for 6.75  you have a cost of 2.75 +6.75 or 9.50 total . sell your stock for 12.14 and  you have a profit of 2.64 minus commisions 

however if the stock goes to 24.00 then you have a profit of 14.50 per share  or if you purchaed the stock then 15.86 per share 

time does run out on the warrent so the longer the time remaining the better for you
and if the strike price drops below 6.75 you loose  the original 2.75 because no one will buy it
