MM-402, also referred to as R(-)-MDMA, is the Company's form of the R-enantiomer of 3,4-methylenedioxymethampheta (MDMA), which the Company is developing for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

There has been a short play on this since mid april, a large percentage of shareholders are users and bought in on the hopes of legalization, their being spooked and are panic selling.Why insiders are selling? Your guess is as good as anybodys. JMHO
