Nasdaq listing

Do our shares now get put over to Nasdaq but comveted to US dollars? Or are they issuing new shares?  Thank you

MMED will continue to trade on the Canadian exchange in Canadian dollars. MMEDF will transfer to Nasdaq under MNMD in US dollars. So no difference to trading, just way more accessibility & credibility in the US & World Wide.
