You can review the patent that was already provided below by Biscuits. This leads one to believe that this company has a technology that is important to the industry, a patented technology. Why else would colleges be connected with them and their growing tech? This is not a ma and pops light shop in a small commercial unit in Markham with no sales if you look hard enough. 20 million is not a large amount of money on the stock market. A market cap of 40 million (after additional 133 million shares) is not a large number. I'm sure you can find many companies with no future prospective, minimal sales and boat loads of debt for much more grandiose market caps.
