EmersonGrow would be sued for releasing information material to and prior to an acquisition. So stop the BS.
The $.15 sp is a deemed value based on the number of shares issued and valuation of EmersonGrow.
The fact that there are clearly penny flippers and shorters that have created another wall in both the Asks and Bids probably means the sp is stuck here in spite of the analyses and fundamentals suggesting otherwise.
