They did dictate the price. It's 15c. Deal has to be voted on to be approved. To be voted on, emersongrow has to make all their financials available to sens shareholders. You think sens did the LOI and made up the numbers without emersongrow having done an research? The share price on the first LOI was even lower. Oh.. and an audit for cse approval! So they literally can't just make these numbers up. If you're not doing this malificently you need to stock investing cuz you're gunna lose a lot of money lol
