Which financials are you referring to? The private ones you don't have access to? The zoominfo ones from 2019? Sens financials? which if you think are relavent you're missing the whole picture

You can't look at the valuation based on financials because you don't have them, so what's your point? Also.. check around the current stock market.. name a stock directly correlated with financials and not market sentiments and potential? We can't make you connect dots or read between lines. You clearly don't understand that 20 million dollars is peanuts.
