Acquiring EmersonGrow
The following is the section of the CSE policy document that will be the guide for SENS in acquiring EmersonGrow. Section 1.6 will be the most significant part for shareholders as it describes the obligation by the company making the acquisition to present the financials for the company being acquired.
There has been some discussion on this board about the "value" of Emerson Grow as presented in the NR. It would be ludicrous to think that if the valuation has to be presented to both the CSE and shareholders before the acquisition can be finalized that it would be outrageously over valued. That makes no sense and because of that one could surmise that being governed by section 1.6 provides compelling support for the $20 million valuation presented by SENS management.
Now at the "few weeks mark" set out in the NR, news on the definitive agreement and the expected time frame of the HALT should be forthcoming soon. Looking forward to that day,
