.....that BEFORE the NR, Morningstar's Fair Value sp for SENS was $.06 and their 1-star speculative valuation was $.24. At a slightly lower valuation for EmersonGrow while maintaining a deemed sp value of $.15 the 1-star target seems very reasonable post acquisition.

Hopefully we will hear the news re. private placement shortly (possibly even this week) now when the terms have been agreed on. I am curious how long it will take them to close the acquisition. It also says that entering into the definite agreement must be followed by shareholder approval since it's considered a fundamental change. I wonder what timeframe we are looking at here... Definitely
