Hi Jim,

 

I noticed that in the most recent corporate presentation that there is no mention at all in the 2012 planned exploration slide for Headways. Now I do not understand anything anymore. We are so close to the goal and no drilling at all presently and in the near futur. So my questions to you are, have you told us everything, is there anything at all in there? Please don't tell me that we don't have money for Headways or that there is no drilling contractor or that we want to know if they are competent anough to allow then to drill.

The corporate presentation reflects current activities and with capital currently at a large premium, Mega’s philosophy is that money should be spent on where we have resources and confidence that we will find sufficient gold ounces to meet our goal to bring our advanced projects to economic fruition.   For that reason our Headway project will be on hold until Mega’s share valuation improves such that we can raise and allocate capital to the more speculative projects.   Having said that, I still believe in the potential of Headway and Mega will reevaluate our plan to use the North Madsen drill at Headway when the North Madsen drilling is complete.
