Financing of Monument Bay and N. Madsen

Financing of Monument Bay and N. Madsen

To me personally........in my own opinion only..........and to avoid share dilution........an offtake agreement would make sense. Potential mine construction lenders would be more compelled to forward the necessary financing and probably at a lower rate of interest.

https://www.investopedia.com/terms/o/offtake-agreement.asp

Look at T.FOS....................sitting on a pile of cash........$60 + million.

Maybe.......ONLY AN EXAMPLE.......the company could approach them and see about a funds borrowing - non traditional type. T.FOS would befefit from interest.......lower rate for share of gold production and so on.

Some on this board may think that would be unwise...but......with the market crash yet to come.......even the mining majors will have to become very creative in their thinking.

Money IN THE BANK is not money at all........paper is just that....paper and it can burn (be readily and easliy destroyed)...............but gold and silver are the SAME......even in molten for.

Once allowed to cool....still have gold and silver. Physical gold...........even still IN THE GROUND.....IS STILL BETTER THAN SO-CALLED MONEY IN THE BANK!!!
