This would be good for MGP and the New New Kings Bay .

Finally we agree on something! It doesn't matter if Headway is just a lump of rock or moose pasture - closing the deal helps shareholders, resuming drilling helps even more - remember that it is virtually impossible to prove that Headway is a dud (even if they are 99% sure it is).

The converse - giving up Headway, hurts both companies - KBG more so.
