That's an awefully misleading title to your post.  Nobody is buying anyone.  Shareholder rights plan (poison pill) would pre-empt any acquisition; additionally all large shareholder stakes support current management's strategy of maximizing shareholder value first, and foremost, as an optionality play designed to, then, attract the largest producers (only) to develop these assets.
