There certainly has been downward pressure on this one for quite some time, the break above 3 was once again not successful. The operation has commissioned successfully with minor delay of their expanded fleet of machinery, what more can they do, things are going well.
The problem here is the price of nickel, unlike other base metals it has not seen the continual rise in price, which is hard to understand with LME stocks increasing in the majority of metals, what is different with Nickel is that the LME stocks are rising and topping the 5 year high month after month, which is not seen in others. A reversal will happen, timing is everything, the cheap plays will eventually catch up, its happening across the board.
