The Company's principal activity is the exploration for and development of mines for the extraction of metals. The Company operates and owns 100% interest in the Corihuarmi Gold Mine, which is located approximately 160 kilometers southeast of Lima, Peru, and is advancing its flagship project Ollachea Gold Project towards production, which is located in southern Peru. The Company also has a number of other gold exploration prospects in Peru. The Company's Bethania project is located about 10 kilometers southeast of its Corihuarmi Gold Mine in the high Andes of central Peru.

I realize I am only talking to myself, but hey. Good company.

i saw on the 20 minute delay site I use, https://www.stockwatch.com/Quote/Detail.aspx?C:MIRL that there was what is called a "300 CSE Buy-In" where the seller was Haywood. The amount of shares was 29,089 and a few minutes later, another 29,000, both sales at .16. Neither showed up on the price for the day. That fits with the marker "D" being a cash sale, explained as "A trade that is settled the next day. Cash trades are included in the volume, value, and transaction totals but do not affect open, high, low, last sale, and close prices." I looked up a CSE Buy-In but don't really understand why one would do that.
