It is strictly based on the emotions of  stock traders.  Share price times number of shares.     EV is how much you could theoretically buy the company for today.   As debt goes down the value of the company goes up which should be reflected in a rising share price.    Anyways MRV is no flashy stock.  Steady as she goes for 12 quarters of debt reduction and  revenue increases and it's a $4 stock.    What is Bloom Burton's projection?
