Any idea why MRV has changed the record date for the vote?  Delayed by a week, twice already? Is it as simple as not having filed the information form in time? Or could it be not having enough votes?

Something very suspicious going on.  Does anyone know if the shareholders names are public information?  I would like to start communicating with them.  This is not a fair value deal for the shareholders . I would like to talk to my fellow victims of this arrangement.   We need to vote this down

Pushing out the record date lets new acquirers vote at the meeting. Is someone going to accumulate a chunk of shares to ensure a yes vote?

Anyone know how many shares need to vote "no" to block the deal? From the press release: must be approved by:  (i) at least two-thirds of the votes cast by Shareholders (ii) a simple majority of the votes cast by Shareholders, excluding for this purpose votes attached to Company Shares held by persons described in items (a) through (d) of Section 8.1(2) of Multilateral
