No one affected by MSFT case

No one affected by MSFT caseJoe Kernen, Stocks to Watch, talked about MSFT this morning on CNBC. MSFT was up 1 1/16 to 86. The judge in the case has appointed a mediator. Looks like he is really pushing for a settlement. Kernen's thoughts were these: Among those supposedly/possibly hurt by MSFT are SUNW, ORCL & AOL. They are all at or near all time highs. How high do they want them to be? Consumers were supposedly injured. Computers are free. What did they want to have companies pay them to take the computers?
