Up, With Divvy, 50% YOY
Am fairly new here (4, 5 months?), so I'm not boasting for YOY stats. When you toss in the sucked-out TSX "return" of -8% YOY, our return is 58%.
I also sent an enquiry to the CEO about he company awhile back, the swiftness of the response was most impressive.

Getting expensive here .. sold today on the run up - hoping to enter at a lower price. Pure Family REIT more inexpensive (smaller though) - higher dividend. Solid company - hopefully can get back.
