p.FP2 says of MST.UN..."has been the star performer of (U.S.) real estate." and that "there is now a shortage of housing in the U.S."
I have "dumped" all my stuff in T.MKP, MCAN Mortgage, because the new CMHC regulations will now crimp Canadian mortgage loan business, so this Canada-based U.S. real estate co, should benefit by default. 
I don't know co, name for Mr. Critchley, sorry to not have jotted it down.
