Are those Buzzards Circling Overhead?seems like no shortage of firms lining up to go after the company- I think those are class action lawsuits. Never a good sign regardless of any defense put up by the company.
There has been nothing but bads news on this in the past 6 months....where will this be in 6 months?
At some point the exchange is probably going to force them elsewhere to trade, or is that just my imagination?
