when something is filed on SEDAR it is not a rumour, before it started trading as MVMD they did a financing and 25% of that financing is released on August 21st at .13, just because you do not know

when I post there is an unlock on August 21st at 13 cents and say buy after that the assumption is it will be under .20 so yeah
