Low Supply Increases Demand and Strengthens Prices. All Good

What that means is that even if the Chinese economy slows to only 7% growth this year (the lowest since 1990), the rise in annual copper demand from China will still be higher than it was a few short years ago. With clearly constrained supplies in the near future, the market will get tight and support higher prices. All of the large copper mining companies will obviously benefit from this. And if a “white swan” appears for the copper market in the form of the China State Grid, look out for copper to become red hot. That entity has about $71 billion to spend on upgrading the nation’s grid – a copper-intensive undertaking.

There is a difference of opinion as to where we go from here, which is normal, I have been playing the high risk/reward penny stocks for a long time. they are hard to predict and volatile. I have always watched how they trade for indicator's as to when to buy or sell. I liked the change in trading pattern on Friday and although not 100% confident that this has turned around, felt there were ...more

Last year, the long term trend of this stock was downwards. Why? Because the company simply didn't perform as good based on its fundamentals. MWE hit its bottom, can't go any lower from mathematical perspective. This year, the long term trend will be upwards. Why? Because the company is going to perform good based on factual news and good fundamentals. Will this stock go upwards for sure ...more
