Galena/Trafigura

After reading 2014 Trafigura's annual report and Galena's background I don't think that They will shout-down the mine and sell-off the Equipment or so, or make mwe private company. Usually their financial help is used make business profitable and running and sell their stake after that making Money. With book value of more than 1 $ I don't see point selling now when Copper has chance to go $3 Regards

You guys are overthinking things. The mine is going online and it will be run by the big two. Only question remains is how will dilution effect the share price. If Galena exercises all of their warrants , I just don't see much value in this company. However, if things go Galena/Trafigura's way without the need of increase the share amount, then it will be all good. Those warrants are ...more

What would you consider as a range for the SP in low dilution and high dilution? Let's say in a 12-18 months assuming they are on target with Kapulo's objective.

It's hard to say man. It all comes to the amount of exposure company gets. In order to get that, you need institutions to think highly of you. If profits are good and float stays the way it is, who knows what the price could be. If you refer to Section 12 of the Independent Expert's Report, you will see the estimated value per share is the same in both the minimum and maximum dilution scenarios. This is consistent with my own calculations (see my Stockhouse post on December 25, 2014). Remember, they have to pay us $0.12 or $0.15 per share to exercise all their warrants in the maximum dilution scenario. I believe ...more
