At this point it makes absolutely no sense at all. Unless, they plan to release more news ontop of what they just did. Otherwise I'd suspect they made a mistake somehow. It certainly killed momentum for no reason though....

halting creates a buzz (pun intended), probably did it to bust through the resistance @ .59... very smart idea if that is why!
