Best case scenario... MYG shareholders get diluted again as Partners will inject cash for equity.
Basically, you will get robbed.

Secondly, if that doesn't happen. Partners will try to find an excuse and not pay cash to MYG. MYG cannot survice for the duration of the dispute and could go bankrupt withing months.

No one is interested in an "early stage" company with no serious drug candidate.
All the drugs are at best after PI and they have another 24 months to complete PIIa!!!
Geezz!!!

Company has cash for another 6 months...

Pepcrap to sink in the toilet and hang self with the stock!
