There are seven distinct stages to the application process for becoming a licensed producer ("LP") of medical marijuana under Health Canada's ACMPR:
-
Application Received
-
Preliminary Screening
-
Enhanced Screening
-
Initiation of Security Clearance Process
-
Application Review
-
Pre-Licence Inspection
-
Licensing
MYM is at stage 5...as stated in the NR - "Final Review"
Then on to "Pre-License Inspection".....
They have 3 licenses going through the process with HC, and a license can take anywehere from 1 to 3 years...
What I'm wondering is what happened to TheraCann. They were retained on last March, and supposedly take them through the process??
