RE:RE:RE:Mym international brands??? Thoughts on founder resigning??IMO, the departure of Factor may be the final hurdle in the licence process for Laval.

Some history:  Apr. 28, 2017 Gietl appointed CEO.  Jun. 2, 2017 Factor appointed Chairman.  Jun. 23, 2017 Joshua Tree acquired.  May 19, 2018 Joshua Tree sales suspended.

Joshua Tree was acquired on Factor and Gietl's watches.  The fact that Joshua Tree did not have the required licences is a due diligence failure that they were responsible for.  Both are gone now as is every other director who was on the board in June 2017.  Can help but think HC may have insisted on Factor's departure.
