Thoughts on founder resigning??I would point out that there are no such things a felonies in Canada.  Plus, cannabis is no longer a controlled substance.  No prosecutor was going pursue a case where the activity was no longer illegal.  There was never any danger of going to jail.  Instead the penalty could be harsher, as in no licence. Still have the opinion that licence will come soon (the Mexican version of soon that is).

Factor is no longer on the board and has no involvment in Laval, Weedon or any other grow operation.  He's moved to the marketing sub.
