RE:MYM UpdateHibernation until white knight comes riding in a fine Arab charger.  Quebec raising cannabis consumption age to 21 doesn't help.  IMO, only way to get any value would be takeover after Laval licence gets issued.  At least that's reasonably positioned with no debt or material liabilities.  

Who woulda thunk that Quebec would turn out to be least progressive/most regressive province on cannabis.

Back to pinning hopes on Lotto Max.  Need to change out my rose coloured glasses but I don't look good in black.  Colour suggestions anyone?
