RE:RE:RE:IMCC - The Real StoryIMCC only had approx. $8.8 million in cash at Dec.31.  IMCC's operating LOSS for 2020 was $8.2 million.  Those numbers are quite similar to MYM's, just larger in scale.

IMO, IMCC needs to close the public offering or is in operational danger/peril.  Problem is who will pay $5.75 USD when the share price closed at $4.98 USD today.  Buyers would be under water from the get go.  Unless buyers believe the current price spiral is temporary.  I'd like to see the crystal ball they're using.
