Youve stayed positive from $5 down to literally a penny stock trading today at $0.14.  And you still dont see it?!

The math is not that complicated.  Bought in at $0.53 in November 2017.  Sold enough during the run up to $5 to recoup my initial investment.  Should I have sold it all during the run up?  My retrospectroscope says yes. Essentially, I have nothing to lose so why wouldn't I stay in? What's not to see?  The Laval license approval process has been glacial in pace
