"On August 21, 2020, the Company borrowed an additional $600,000 pursuant to the Loan Facility. The Company paid transaction costs to the Facility Lender which included a set-up fee equal to $30,000 and an immediate interest payment of $50,000 separate from and in addition to the 17.5% per annum interest payable under the Loan Facility. And, correct me if I'm wrong.... most times a RS is usually implemented to boost the share price to get onto a different exchange, or to stay on a current exchange if the SP is dropping. if they were to do a reverse split to get off the venture exchange, I believe that would benefit all current shareholders as we would see big money enter the picture and the SP rise.  However, I also

proper analysis. Several warrants where VWAP above 17-20 causes acceleration. This is good because it will add some cash to the coffers.

Wouldn't this be dilutive?  I'm not sure I understand the logic.

Sure it's dilutive but the last question was around a reverse split. I don't think at this point the dilution from the warrants, if and when they are exercised, will have a long term negative effect on the company and SP. and that's just my opinion

Long term probably not but in the short term there would likely be negative pressure on the stock as these shares hit the market.  If the volume remains decent it could be muted but there is likely a pull back coming when they transact.

with todays action and the way big blocks of 10-20k shares are being taken down I think the appetite is there to absorb whatever comes out. and these are being bought by the people who believed and invested in MYM during what could be argued as the darkest time. They spoke to management and understood the token amounts they put in would pay major dividends once the company was up and licensed
