I couldn't disagree more  with you  !  The news out of Europe is definitely driving the market  and controlling the trend, however technicals are still intact. Draw a line along the tops for the past year ... do you think it's just a coincidence that it's  perfectly straight ?  I've been invested in nml for 5 years and am averaged at .37 cents and will hold most for the long haul but I still sell some on reversals so that I can buy low again like I just did under a buck.

p.s. I would not buy here too risky ... my next purchase would be either under 1.10 ( .85 should be the bottom ) or above 2.00 after it tested it as support.  Right now it's best to keep the cash ready imo.

good luck
