The following is why I asked the last question in regards to Churchill vs Muskrat and the costs associated with each option and which scenario will be used for the feasability study.  The third link I pasted on the last post also discusses Altius and associated royalty.

The reserve holds enough to last in excess of 120 years within those two deposits, at a final production rate of 22 million tonnes a year of production,” Martin comments. “What needs to be done is we need to have a source of electrical power, which means the construction of a transmission line, anywhere from 250 to 300 kilometres long, depending on power source we use. This is a full hydroelectric project: constructing it, building a $22 million concentrator at the mine site, and then a pipe line that would run about 700 kilometres from the mine site to the pellet plant.”
