So what you're really saying is that Tata can hold this thing up indefinite ? Great so here we go again ..... Tata can easily send it back to be re-worked yet again ( I believe this is what happened last time). Really it could still be years before we see one under that scenario ! Bottomline for me is that if it's not released by the end of their own guideline I will wish you folks all the best. Guidelines and timelines can not just continually be broken like they have no meaning or consequences
