RE:Québec and TATA Ink Deal...Don't rejoice to fast at the inked deal. Its full of "ifs" and "could". Furthermore, the provincial government has not engaged any specific sums to the deal. Moreover, CLIFF is demanding court extention until april 2016 for its preceedings. Therefore, the multi purpose port will not be accessible until then or maybe longer.
Be careful. You could get burned again and again.
