The BOD won the vote at NML.From now on its business as usual at NML. TATA Steel made sure it got what it wanted. Imagine TATA Steel putting their tentacles on all NML's brand new infrastructures for chump change down the road and all paid by shareholders that threw their hard earned cash building NML over the years. Moreover, what's in it for the BOD at NML should it go belly up?
