Why hasn't the Keymag and Labmag resource been sold???

Seems odd that the Keymag and Labmag resource has not been sold??? I was expecting a sale on this resource for around 200 to 300 million? What am I missing here, this based on current prices is a resource valued at over 100 billion dollars. Who's on th sales team?????
