Abaxx history Abaxx executed and Reverse Takeover of New Millennium Iron Corp. (NML) in Dec. 2020. NML, a junior miner, brought to the table: no debt, between $10-20 million cash, massive iron ore reserves (28 billion tonnes), and iron ore dock loading rights worth millions more. Abaxx brought the promise of a new commodity exchange in Singapore (license approved “in principle”) and a new “powerful” business suite of software (ID++). A year and a half after the RTO there is no licensed commodity exchange and no indication that a single dollar has been generated by the ID++ software suite. What is going on here?
