In this case, it is a condition of listing on a US exchange which exposes the Company to a much broader investment audience with a greater "appreciation" for this type of technology/finco asset.. In addition the resulting float is very small - meaning that with good news i.e. financing at the exchange level at an attractive valuation, and/or final approval and activation of the exchange - there is lots of "promotable" news in the hopper and the potential for a squeeze higher.
