...a question to the shareholders of ABBXX... is the  STATED CAPITAL REDUCTION resolution a good thing?

As I read the Management Information Circular, the reduction is contingent on Base Carbon going public.  I suggest all shareholders read the Circular which is on file on SEDAR.  I'm all for it!  Could be the first of many spin off's.
