AMD is a great company and has had a great run higher since October 2022. But I felt compelled to capture my gains on Thursday. Sold my position at 100.40 and waiting for next opportunity. FWIW, Gareth Soloway recently called semi-conductor stocks such as AMD and NVDA good shorts. He's been one of the more reliable technical traders. But obviously, things could go either way in an instant

AMD might be worth a re-entry for me if it hits the 70 dollar range. In the meantime, I'll continue to watch from the sidelines. Good luck to AMD traders and longs.
