Report on Business (CBC)

Last night CBC "Report on Business" had analyst from Calgary commenting on the takeover bid by Hunt. In his view Berkley is worth about $14 WITHOUT!!! Lost Hill property in California. Californian property could add $4-$5 to the value. He feels, it will take about three month for this takover to play it's self out with other offers coming. We are in for exciding times.
